Refund Policy

Complete customer satisfaction is our top most priority. We will try our best to exceed our clients’ expectations.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund under following conditions:

1. Refunds can only be requested before work has commenced. Once work has been started or shared with the customer, refund requests will not be entertained. Please note that we are making a lot of investments into compute infrastructure, along with research and development, in order to provide fastest possible services to our customers. This also means that once we have accepted and started working on a project, we might have to give up on other opportunities that we could have worked on.

2. In case of a refund, money will be issued to the original credit card or bank account provided at the time of payment.
