User Information

Job application form. When you apply for a position through our careers pages, we collect the same data as for the contact form (name, email, IP, spam-protection risk score, timestamp), plus the position you applied for and your résumé file (PDF). The form fields and résumé are stored in a private database. They are accessible only to authorised Siyanee personnel reviewing applications.
In-app feedback. Users of Siyanee mobile applications may submit feedback through an in-app feedback feature. When you submit feedback we collect: the application name and version, an anonymous app account identifier generated by your mobile application (this identifier does not contain your name or email and cannot be used by us to identify you outside the application), your device information (operating system version and device model, only if your application is configured to send it), the feedback category you select, your free-text feedback description, an email address (depending on the application, this may be captured automatically from your in-app account, or it may be optional and only collected if you choose to provide it for follow-up), the date and time of submission, your IP address, and an automated spam-protection risk score. This information is stored in a private database accessible only to authorised Siyanee personnel and is used to triage bug reports, evaluate feature requests, and respond about your feedback when an email address is available.
We do not collect billing addresses, payment card details, or passwords through this website. Account credentials, where applicable, are managed inside individual Siyanee mobile applications under separate privacy notices.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other organisation, except as described in the “Information Sharing” section below, or with your explicit consent.
The email address you provide may be used to reply to your specific enquiry, application, or feedback. We do not send unsolicited marketing communications.
Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate this website — which pages are viewed, in what order, from which country and device type, and over what duration. This information helps us improve the site. It is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors. Google Analytics sets browser cookies for this purpose; see the “Cookies” section below for the cookie names and opt-out instructions.
We do not use third-party advertising or behavioural-tracking services on this website.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, plus any period required by applicable law.
Contact form submissions are retained indefinitely as part of our enquiry history. You may request deletion of a specific submission by writing to support@siyanee.com.
Job application data and résumés are retained for the duration of our recruitment process for the relevant role and may be retained thereafter for consideration against future openings. You may request deletion at any time by writing to support@siyanee.com.
In-app feedback submissions are retained indefinitely as part of our product improvement record. The anonymous app account identifier stored alongside feedback is not linked by us to any personal account record on our side.
Server access logs (including IP addresses recorded automatically) are retained by our hosting provider for thirty days, in line with operational requirements for security monitoring and debugging.
You may exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by writing to support@siyanee.com. We will respond to verified requests within thirty days.
Cookies
We use cookies for Google Analytics page-view tracking (described in the “Website Analytics” section above). To opt out, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on— it instructs Google Analytics to ignore your visits across all sites that use it.
Our web servers also automatically record limited connection information, including your IP address, when you visit the site. Your IP address does not identify you personally; it is used to deliver our web pages to you and, in aggregate, to record the geographic regions from which our visitors come.

These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
